Beth Mahan’s years of legal experience include appellate work, personal injury, contract law, and even a death penalty appeal case. She is adept at analyzing civil procedural issues, whether defending or pursuing a case, in order to move forward in clients’ best interests. Beth has a broad range of experiences that make her a valuable member of the Kim & Lahey team. She worked for a local start-up company to help expand its product sales into various big box grocery stores, calling on Earth Fare, Ingles, Harris Teeter, Whole Foods and more. Beth’s understanding of business processes is invaluable. She draws from it when conducting research for clients to determine the best legal strategy to meet their business goals and needs.
