Hunter has litigated numerous disputes before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board including oppositions, cancellations and appeals. Additionally, Hunter has extensive experience in enforcing his clients’ copyrights and branding throughout the nation by both pursuing and defending against claims on behalf of his clients.

• Enforced patent rights belonging to an international medical device manufacturer.
• Enforced patent relating to pipe coupling system used on highly pressurized pipes.
• Defended client’s educational software against claim of patent infringement, resulting in client’s receipt of payment from the patent owner.

• Enforced trademark rights in aircraft part numbers to prevent unauthorized third-party use of client’s part numbers on replacement parts – significant step in client’s creation of a “Certified Parts Program.”
