Emily Bohan holds many titles: Attorney. Franchise Owner. Business Leader. Mentor. Mediator. Triathlete. Coach.

Emily embodies the qualities of grit, determination, and versatility. Her thriving PuroClean Franchise, based in Greenville, will celebrate its 15th year in 2024. Her firsthand experience in navigating the complexities of running a franchise operation equips her with insights into the myriad of challenges faced by businesses.

In the business community, Emily Bohan has mentored small to medium business owners for many years as founder of a local confidential peer advisory forum. In addition, she serves:

• As a member of the Greenville Professional Women’s Forum member since 2011, and as an executive board member 2017-18, and 2020-2021
• Emily is the former Chair of the Greenville Technical College, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety Advisory Committee, 2022-2024

Emily’s drive extends beyond the walls of her offices as a triathlete and previous assistant coach of the J.L. Mann Patriots Girls Cross Country team where the ladies won the State Championship in 2019.

Emily Bohan focuses her legal practice on franchise law, business formation and organizations (Including LLC’s and Partnerships), and labor and employment matters. And when businesses are in a dispute, Emily serves as a certified mediator, to assist parties to come to a resolution outside of the courtroom.
